The fluctuation in fuel prices has caused stress on the petroleum equipment market with unprecedented demand for tanks, pumps, filters, adapters and fittings.

We are working closely with the manufacturers, who have added additional shifts, but are also dealing with the unique challenges of COVID-19 and what that means for safe business practices.

Filter adapters are especially hit hard, but we are finally seeing inventory coming in on those items. Most backorders should be cleared within the next 10 days. GPI is also significantly backordered. We do expect our orders from April to be filled within the next 10 days also, but some pumps will not be shipping to us until early July.
